Happy Cow Temple
Eco Nalanda is a home to lovely cows of local origin. Our mission to preserve the traditional breeds of the region in an ecologically sustainable cow temple. The temple is envisaged to be built of Rammed Earth construction with natural light and adequate cross ventilation. With a special area for the calves to be nurtured with their mothers, Eco Nalanda’s Happy Cow Temple is a place for warmth, security and joy to our cow families. A small milk processing unit to minimally process milk which is in excess from the Cow Temple is planned to give our guests a taste of pure organic milk and milk products.
